Information FencePlan collects
FencePlan may collect information you enter while planning a project, including a property address, map coordinates, proposed fence points, approximate fence length, fence options, gates, and planning-estimate details.
If you prepare a quote request, FencePlan may also collect your name, email address, phone number, contact preferences, consent choices, and optional project details such as existing-fence removal and terrain.
How FencePlan uses information
FencePlan uses this information to provide planning tools, prepare an estimate, save a project when you choose to submit a quote request, and make the submitted request available to authorized contractor users.
Planning measurements and prices are estimates only. They are not property-boundary determinations, engineering advice, or binding contractor quotes.
When information is shared
When you give the required contractor-sharing consent and submit a quote request, your contact and project information may be made available to authorized FencePlan contractor users for quote-related follow-up. FencePlan does not represent that a contractor will contact you or provide a quote.
Service providers
FencePlan uses third-party services to support product functionality. This may include map services for property visualization and hosted infrastructure for authentication and submitted project data. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Local browser storage
FencePlan can keep an in-progress project in your browser so you can resume planning. Clearing browser data may remove that local project. Do not rely on local browser storage as your only record of a project.
Security and retention
FencePlan uses reasonable technical measures appropriate to this early product, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be retained for as long as needed to operate, secure, improve, or comply with applicable obligations for the service.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a quote request. Marketing preference is optional. For privacy inquiries or requests regarding submitted information, email fenceplan@outlook.com.
Children and policy changes
FencePlan is not intended for children. We may update this policy as product practices change. The date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
